Resolved Question: Where can I buy a gel pad?

I'm looking for a creative laptop transportation solution for my bike. I think a gel pad will provide enough cushion for the vibrations of a bike. Where can I get one. I want something the consistency of molasses.

On a related note. If these don't exist, what is the most reliable resealable, air tight/water tight bag on the market?
