Open Question: Is this one skin tent alright?

I'm going of the D of E Expedition next month, this tent is quite cheap, only 1.8kg (Very light weight)
but it's a skin sheet but has a hydrostatic head is 2000mm. It is designed for camping and trekking. It says " The fabric used to make the tent has a waterproof membrane or coating that prevents water droplets from penetrating through the fabric, therefore it protects you from the elements and of water in particularly. If the fabric is waterproof and has taped seams then it is also windproof due to the embedded membrane."

Does this mean I will not get condensation or anything bad? But it does say that it's got a high waterproof rating
