Open Question: Where is a good place to go beach camping in Northern California with dogs?

I'm looking for specific sites. The answers I find online are a little overwhelming to search through and I never seem to find the right filters. I'm looking for spots in Nor Cal that allow dogs and campfires on the beach. Any suggestions?
