im trying to make super healthy food to send to my bf overseas in the navy...so anything i make needs to be able to last for awhile in hot weather. im use stuff like Greens N Things and im gonna experiment with dehydrated vegetables (have any of you used dehydrated veggies? like instead of dried fruit that some nutrition bar recipes call for) but im trying to stick to more natural foods and away from powders when possible
1. any suggestions?
2. experience using dehydrated vegetables? elaborate if yes.
