Open Question: Booked a camping trip to Camp Taylor NJ for this weekend. Due to heavy rain and flooding and the fact I have ?

Small children I decided to cancel. Camp Taylor will not refund my money or reschedule for another date. Their website states due to inclement weather no refunds. Ridiculous this is a camping trip not a hotel. Outdoors in this hurricane with children I would think they would reconsider and at least refund part of my money due to the hurricane conditions? Can they do this?
